• Direct Billing: I will endeavour to submit your massage therapy invoice directly to your insurance company, please see the section below outlining direct billing.  You are always welcome to pay the full fee and submit the invoice to your insurance company yourself, I can provide both a paper and/or email copy. 

If you are paying the entire amount yourself or there is a difference in the total and what the insurance pays, the following payment methods are available:

• eTransfer (preferred method to avoid CC fees)
• Cash
• Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)

I currently offer direct billing to several insurance companies. This service is a courtesy ~ sometimes there are technical difficulties or the insurance plan requires a doctor's note or will only pay directly to the member.  Please ensure that you have other means of payment when you arrive for your treatment in the event that direct billing is not available.
